Tavern Tatsy supply all our pork items, located just down the road at Swafield. Their meat is mainly sourced from their family farm in Smallburgh. They have a passion for offering top quality and fully traceable produce from traditional breeds, and are committed to the fantastic Norfolk food community
Green grocer: Accent Fresh, Downham Market, West Norfolk
Family run, established in 1996, Accent Fresh is a truly regional business specializing in the supply of fruits, vegetables, dairy produce and other chilled foods and ingredients with a particular emphasis on sourcing the best that East Anglia has to offer whether that is local fruits, salads and vegetables or cheeses or other locally produced foods and ingredients.
Fishmonger: Cole family, Cole’s of King’s Lynn
Cole’s literally know everything about the origins of the fish and shellfish they supply. From where the fish were caught and which fishing boat trawled for them, to when and how the shellfish were farmed or collected, you can be sure that every step of the journey from the sea to your door has what the Cole’s team calls ‘traceability’.

Based at Copys Green Farm in Wighton, Catherine Temple produces fantastic handmade cheese using milk from cows just minutes away.
Her delicious range of cheeses include Binham Blue, Walsingham, Gurney’s Gold, Copys Cloud, Wighton and Wells Alpine.

Ferndale Farm is a family run mixed farm situated in the village of Barningham in the North Norfolk countryside. This is the home of Ferndale Cheeses where proper old fashioned farmhouse cheese is made

A family ran business since 1987, much of the flour produced comes from wheat grown locally in Norfolk, including spelt flour.
