Terms of Business. A deposit of the charge for the first night’s accommodation is requested by card to confirm a reservation. Deposits are refundable with more than 30 days notice, but deposits cannot be refunded on any reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Guests are advised to take out Travel Insurance to cover such eventualities. If the accommodation can be re-let, cancellation charges are waived less an administration charge of £25. No allowance can be made for meals not taken. For stays that are curtailed after check in, room charges for the full duration of the stay will be taken.
